岗位描述：

• Device installation,adjustment,technical service and project management（硬件安装，调试，技术服务和项目管理） 
• To ensure good quality of work.（确保良好的工作质量）
• To provide a professional response to stores (maintenance) （提供专业的响应回复客户）
• To provide relevant and continuous activity reporting to regional F/S Supervisor（向区域主管提供报告）
• On-side technical support: to support IT related and RIFD product installation, trouble shooting.（技术支持，包括和客户IT沟通产品的安装，故障排除等）
• Product and project archive management（产品和项目管理）
• Technical training: to assist training technician install IT and RFID product(协助培训技术员IT及RFID产品)
• Technical problem feedback（技术疑问的反馈）
• In charge of onsite survey to assess product model, quantity, and installation condition, make the product and material list to sale. Make the installation layout for customer approval and project delivery.(现场勘查后确认使用产品类型及安装方式;设计图纸)
• To localization product installation manual, perform on-site guidance, to ensure the quality of project implementation(制作产品安装手册)
• Record and organize project document (Product list, layout, ect), product manual, and other related document.(文件归档制作保存,包括产品目录,设计图纸,产品手册等等)   

Requirements;

岗位要求：

• Technical school;college（相关技术专业学校，如电子类，计算机类）

• Knowledge of E-mail,office and CAD（良好的办公软件及CAD操作)

• Ability to work independently, able to adapt to the motor working time and travel.（具备单独工作的能力，能配合项目的执行时间及出差）  
• 1 or 2 years working experience in electronic industry ,CCTV or  IT are preferred（1至2年的电子工业方面或监控方面的工作经验,有CCNA,CCNP更好）
