职位描述
1、制定和落实客服部的各项服务计划和客户活动策划方案，建立良好的客户服务关系；
2、负责客服投诉事件的处理与改进；
3、负责客服部的全面工作，及与物业管理中心和其他部门的工作协调；
4、负责物业费催缴工作，按管理规定执行；
5、负责部门内部员工的培训与管理。
6、具有较好的应变协调能力和一定的抗压能力。
