1、主持管辖品类的产品开发和采购工作（以下品类待招采购负责人：数码配件/文体礼品/季节性产品/健康美容）；

2、协助部门负责人确立公司的发展战略，参与制定公司的中长期规划，并据之制定本部门的年度规划；

3、负责新品的开发、选样，关注时尚产品、洞察消费者需求；

4、组织对供货商的评估，根据公司发展规划适时组织调整公司产品结构，包括品种的增加，淘汰，以及产品线的延伸；

5、负责与公司合作厂商的协调，品种的洽谈以及合同的制定审核并监督执行；

6、监督检查采购进程和价格控制，适时调整，以最低的采购成本达成公司的最大利润；

7、协助公司相关部门进行公司品种的招投标工作；

8、协同公司销售部门组织市场调查，进行市场分析，参与制定价格策略与行动计划；

9、协调本部门与公司其他部门的对接，确保与公司各部门间的运行和谐有序；

10、完成总经理交办的其他一切事宜；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，市场营销、艺术设计等相关专业；

2、5年以上大型连锁零售企业采购经验，3年以上同等岗位相关经验，熟悉零售百货商品优先考虑；

3、具备产品开发的能力，具备良好的市场敏锐度，时尚感佳；

4、有相关优质供应商资源，熟悉供应商考核体系建立；

5、具备较强的逻辑思维、分析及判断能力；

6、良好的谈判能力、抗压能力、团队管理能力、沟通协调能力。
