职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责区域内安装调试和故障维修工作，并填写相应表单；
2、做好终端客户的技术培训，指导终端客户正确使用产品、解决常见问题；
3、配合销售人员处理一些客户的突发状况；
1.tackling service issues such as installation/debuging and repair of machines in assigned regions, and fill in service sheets.
2.completing technical training of end user and instructing the end user in proper use of machines and helping them to tackling common problems.
3.cooperating with sales department to solve emergency of customers.
岗位要求：
1、光学及光谱学等相关专业。
2、有较好的计算机使用及维护能力；熟悉光谱仪原理及应用,有二年以上仪器仪表测试、安装、大型光谱仪器操作维护经验者优先。
3、有良好的学习能力和沟通能力，有进取心和良好的团队精神；
4、能独立工作、有责任心、有较强的技术分析判断和动手能力、能适应经常出差；
1.above college education, major in electrical/ mechanical automation or other related professionals is preferred.
having a good command of use/maintenance of computer, above 2 years experience in machine installation/debugging, repairing and maintenance on PSA, XRF, CMM or related products would be a plus.
having good ability of learning and communicating, self-motivated and team-oriented.
4.working independently, responsible, strong in troubleshooting and adapt to frequent travels.
