Purpose of position 职 位 定 义：
The Product Project Leader (PPL) is the Leader of the Product Development Team dealing with the “physical” development of the System, including the Hardware and Mechatronic design. The PPL provides the detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Gantt schedule for HW and Mechatronics. The PPL interacts with the Program Manager to staff the right number of resources to complete the HW and Mechatronics activities based on the Product Development Plan (PDP) and the Program Master Time Plan (PMTP). He defines and maintains the Product Development Time Plan (PRTP). The PPL will also work with the Software Project Leader, Function Leaders and System Delivery Leader to deliver the appropriate physical test environment for Software and System development and test activities.

RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：

1. Ensure the Product development process (PDH) is applied on the project
2. Manage Direct Cost (BOM), Development Cost, Quality and Time Plan of the Product Development Project
3. Deliver the Product to the System Delivery Team
4. Coordinate the interfunctional Product Development Team
5. Coordinate the Industrial Support Team and interface with external Process Engineering
6. Deliver official documentation of the Product (master, BOM …) in ePIM
7. Interface with Customer and Management during Product Development Phase
8. Manage Change Request as far as Product is concerned in term of technical, cost and scheduling impact
9. Ensure that decisions and actions taken during CCB are implemented.
10. Responsible of the quality of the product development and is involved in the quality rate of the product during
11. Control the making of prototype in line with the requirements of clients
12. Assist the solution of possible crisis during the step of preseries and start-up of production
13. Monitor the analysis of competition in specific area, and the GIRC in company.
14. Manager the follow-up of DAC, technical documents & standards and relevant consultation.
15. Follow the possible modification and ensure the techncial coordination of on-going products
16. Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949 requirements
17.Other works given by Mgr.


Job Requirements 岗位要求：
1.Bachelor or above, major in electronics,
2. at least 5 years work experiences in automotive development
3. The experience in project management(quality,cost and planning) is necessary
4. Fluent English communication skills
5.Synthetic and precise, organized, working on detail
6.Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and time)
7.Knowledge and skills about OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949
8.Having passport and driver license, willing to travel
