Nothing says customer care more than having our own team of dedicated Customer Service personnel to ensure all supply chain processes are seamless and on time. Your tasks and responsibilities

 

• Plan orders/shipments & select mode/carrier/service level

• Manage the necessary order/components and finalize load plan 

• Monitor Logistics Service Provider (LSP) progress

• Process non-conformity reporting

• Coordinate with on-site origin and destination resources 

• Act as primary communication point for client and LSP 

 

Your skills and experiences

To be considered, you should be a hardworking undergraduate good at communication and coordination in English. Major in Logistics Management, International Trade or English is preferable. Willing to take shift/night work arrangements.

Office hours (not more than 40 hours/week):

Monday to Friday: 9:00-17:00 or 12:30-20:30;

Weekends: 18:00-Next day 06:00, 2-3 times/month.
