岗位职责

1、负责在线客服团队的管理、监督和培训； 

2、负责团队整体运营工作，制定相关方案并组织员工执行，提升团队整体实力；

3、负责解答坐席人员的疑问，分配工作，适当时给予指导；

4、及时处理团队内的客户进线投诉，并对有效投诉进行原因分析；

5、公司安排的其他任务

岗位要求： 

1、大专以上学历，男女不限，有呼叫中心在线客服2年以上管理经验优先；

2、沟通能力强，具有团队合作精神； 

3、善于对业务流程进行优化，不断追求提高服务效率和服务质量； 

4、排班制，需适应节假日值班
