Job Description/职位描述：

1.Co-ordinate and generate capacity planning,space planning in accordance to corporate orders.
2.Co-ordinate and generate milestone schedule plan.
3.Manpower/Personnel planning and forecast for budgeted years.
4.Setting and monitor KPI for production and assembly department.
5.Co-ordinate and held meetings for production and assembly department.
6.Co-ordinate and resolve manufacturing issues with PMs in accordance to project requirements.

Qualification Requirements/资质要求：

1. Diploma and above certification.
2. Excellent and major in English and chinese langauge(Read,write and communicate).
3. Experience in TBM manufacturing is preferred.
4. Well-versed in Microsoft offices applications.
5. Well-versed in Microsoft Project Applications.
6. Competency in communications skills and inter-personal skill.

GUANGZHOU HERRENKNECHT TUNNELLING MACHINERY CO., LTD., is a joint venture between Herrenknecht AG and Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group Corp., main share holding by Herrenknecht AG. The company locates in Huangge Industry Park, Nansha, Guangzhou with a total area of 46,000 square meters, and started operation officially in December 2005 with around 400 employees till now. Its business scope includes manufacture of TBM equipment and components; assembly, commission and refurbishment of TBM; after-sales Service of TBM; bonded storage; international and domestic trade.
