Production Planning 生产计划方面
1) Support senior production planner to review Sale order and prepare production plan base on equipment capacity, material status and manpower status;
协助计划主管处理销售订单和销售预测， 根据设备产能，物料状况和人员状况制定生产计划。

2) Follow up ongoing production, be aware for behind schedule situation, and adjust planning from time to time base on actual production tempo and unforeseen conditions. To report internally, in case of order delivery and schedule change to minimize the risk of customer complaint.
跟催生产计划的实施、对不符合计划进度的情况及时警觉及督促调整，根据生产进度及不确定情况及时对计划进行调整，在计划变更或交货延误的情况下在公司内部做及时和必要的沟通，确保将最终客户可能的抱怨降到最低。

3) Collaborate with relevant teams to coordinate factors like materials, manpower and machine capacity, to make the greatest effort to meet the delivery requirement of urgent orders and project orders.
与相关部门协调物料，人员，设备产能等各方面因素以最大可能满足客户紧急订单和项目订单的完成和交货。

4) Scrap material handling, submit the scrap report accordingly. Weekly\Monthly report preparation. 存异常材料（功能不合格，规格更改等）的控制，主要是报废的申请；日常工作报表制作。

Material Planning and inventory control 物料计划和库存控制方面
1) Prepare material planning base on sales order, make material purchase and arrival demands;
根据销售订单制定物料需求计划,及时提出物料的采购需求和到货要求。

2) Use and maintain ERP to generate production task planning and material require planning;
利用ERP系统生成生产计划和物料需求计划；

3) Review and maintain Item & BOM accuracy;
审核并及时维护Item & BOM以保持其的准确率

4) Conduct analysis on production allocation, plant capacity data and Inventory variance. Take the Implement inventory turn under control;
分析生产配置、生产能力数据，分析库存差异，控制库存周转。

5) Make sure all these above information provided accurate and timely.
确保以上提供的信息的准确性和及时性。

任职要求：

1. Junior college degree or above, at least two years production planning experiences.
大专或以上学历，至少两年或以上生产计划工作经验；
2. Familiarity with ERP system;
熟练使用ERP系统；
3．Logical thinking, good planning ability and number sensitive;
优秀的逻辑能力和统筹计划能力，对数字敏感
4. Be very good at recourse consolidation, cross function and result oriented.
擅长资源整合，跨部门沟通协调，结果导向。
5. Can work under pressure and be happy to work in fast tempo and changing environment
适应快节奏，多变的工作环境，能承受压力。
6. Good English in written, be able to communicate with people of various cultures.
良好的英语读写能力，可以和不同文化的人进行工作和沟通。
