岗位职责：

1、负责媒体渠道建立及日常运营（公众号、官方微博、抖音、小程序、小红书、新媒体等）；

2、负责各媒体渠道日常活动及专题活动策划，并执行落地；

3、撰写日常推文及个人IP打造软文。

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，市场营销、广告宣传或新闻传播等相关专业毕业；

2、1年以上新媒体运营相关经验，化妆品品牌平台运营经验优先；

3、有较强的文字功底，热爱新媒体行业，对网络热点事件敏感度高，可以迅速结合相关热点做与品牌相关的内容输出；

4、高度的责任心、执行力、团队的协作能力。
