Responsibilities

• Download the business data and enter into systems
• Manage expense claim process including collecting data, auditing data, keeping files and processing the expense
• Provide customer services guidance and support for the system routine
• Assist in processing various system data and reports

 

Requirements

• College’s degree in statistics, mathematics, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, familiar with MS Excel charts and common functions, proficiency in MS Access
• Can work effectively under the guidance of superiors
• Can collect data and information under certain guidance
• Good communication skills in standard Mandarin, clear logic
• Elementary (CEFR A2) or higher level of spoken and written English, good English reading skills

 

Nice to have

• Prior data entry or call center experience managing a high volume of incoming calls is desired
• Good understanding of the chemical industry
