Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities, support sales team to identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities and drive them to successful commercialization.
2. Identifies, develops and implements strategies relative to product positioning and pricing to maximize market penetration and share.
3. Achieve sales and marketing targets by cooperating with sales and marketing team.
4. Establishes and maintains relationships with key influencers and strategic partners.
5. Visit customer with marketing people, assist sales team to develop customers.
6. Present company VI, product information, present brand and marketing strategies recommendations to customers.
7. Give new customer best representation to achieve their acquisition and create brand awareness through direct marketing efforts.
8. Resolve problems that occur in marketplace, and develop profitable marketing strategies, develop and implement communication strategies, Facilitate competitive advantage for the organization.
9. Lead and execute marketing programs with marketing team.
10. Take command of market development trends, suggest company to adjust Development strategy accordingly.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biology/ chemistry/food/marketing.
2. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skill, problem solving capabilities, project planning experience and familiarity with servicing customers and prioritization.
3. Rich experience in new business development and business management, and resourceful insight in strategic marketing.
4. Demonstrated ability to identity business opportunities and develop business plans and commercial strategies.
5. Proven ability to organize and meet customer requirements, capable to setting priorities and handling difficult customer relationship situations.
6. Proficient in English.
7. Foreign candidates preferred.
8. Plan to stay in China at least one year.
9. No working location limit, can choose to be based in your current city, but must be willing and able to travel when necessary.
