职位描述：

　　1、负责建立和维护公司级过程改进方针，组织EPG核心组工作；

　　2、定义产品研发流程和项目管理架构，组织“标准开发过程”的制定和维护；

　　3、负责协调组织研发管理方面的认证、咨询和辅导，组织研发过程改进活动；

　　4、负责推进公司持续过程改进工作；

　　5、负责CMMI资质评估/维护工作；负责EPG页面的规划、开发制作及维护；

　　6、负责产品研发过程改进工作的推广、宣贯、指导、培训和咨询；

　　7、在流程执行过程中进行质量活动的引导和审核，确保活动交付件满足质量要求，以达到产品质量目标；

　　8、在项目中担任过程专家，指导项目组技术评审按规定的过程有效进行。

9、搜集、统计产品质量数据，完成产品质量报告并加以分析并向EPG提供分析结果；

职位要求：

　　1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业；

　　2、5年以上软件开发工作经验，2年以上全职CMMI EPG或QA工作经验者优先；

　　3、熟悉项目管理流程；

　　4、深刻理解PMP项目管理知识体系、熟悉CMMI相关知识，并有较强的过程/流程/模板/指南开发和优化经验；具备CMMI3以上EPG 核心成员成熟经验；

　　5、具备过程改进经验及较强的语言/文档表达能力和沟通协调能力。
