Main Purpose of the Job工作内容概要:

  

The successful incumbent should be responsible for all performing of the equipment in our plant.

  

负责工厂内所有生产设备的维修和保养，确保设备顺畅运行。

  

 

  

Main Responsibilities主要工作职责:

  

 

  

• Conduct preventive maintenance according to plan & record 按计划对设备进行维护保养并记录

• Deal with daily trobleshooting to make the machine running with low breakdown对机器设备进行抢修维修降低设备故障率

• Can be worked along in the night shift.可以独自进行夜班工作

      

• Reponsible for other jobs assigned by Engineering Manager直接上司安排的其他工作

  

•  Follow company rules and regulations on遵守公司以下规定（包括但不限于）

  o Human resources人事管理政策

  o Quality 质量管理政策

  o 5S 5S管理政策

  o Safety 安全管理政策  

  o Others regulated or modified from time to time 公司出台的其他政策

   

  Education/Experience教育背景及工作经验要求:

                

• High School Diploma or equivalent 高中或以上学历

• Familiar with the hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical Equipment  熟悉液压、气动、电气设备

  • Minimum of 3 years similar working experience in manufacturing plant,

    experience in plastic industry is preferable. 3年以上工厂电气工作经验，有塑料行  业相关工作经验为佳

        

• Must possesss relative required certificates 具有电工操作相关的资格证明

   

   

  Qualifications/Skills其他技能要求:

        

• Strong trouble shooting capabilities 良好的机器故障排除能力

• Able to read technical documents in English 可阅读英文技术文件

• Able to work under limited supervision 可独立组织自主工作

• Able to work under tight schedule/overtime 可适应加班以及临时通知的紧急工作

• Strong sense of safety 具有良好的安全意识
