主要工作职责：   

1.  根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划；    

2.  建立和完善事务所招聘管理制度，规范招聘流程和行为规范；   

3.  维护招聘渠道，并与总部协同开发新渠道；  

4.  配合总部执行年度校园招聘“铸金计划”； 

5.  执行招聘、甄选、面试以及匹配工作；   

6.  建立并分析简历数据库，并引入适用的人才测评，维护人才库；    

7.  办理新入职员工的入职手续，协调其他部门准备新员工所需物资，并于入职当日进行简单培训。

所需技能技巧：   

1.  沟通能力：能运用语言、文字等方式清晰表达沟通主题，以获得对方支持；   

2.  分析能力：能运用各类图表进行数据分析，并提出合理化建议；   

3.  执行能力：能严格按照流程标准及计划执行，以确保工作内容准确性；熟练掌握各种招聘渠道、面试技能。

   

任职要求：

1.  大学本科以上学历、人力资源、行政管理、心理学等相关专业；

2.   两年或以上同岗位的工作经验；或者硕士研究生应届毕业生；

3.   掌握现代人力资源的基础理论及方法；

4.   熟悉《劳动法》规定及地方性有关员工福利；

5.   掌握招聘面试相关知识；

6.   能够使用英语作为工作语言。
