We are looking for a smart, talented and experienced marketing professional/communications specialist to join the Central Marketing Team at Microsoft.

In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team of discipline experts including brand, PR, direct/online marketing and research, creating integrated marketing campaigns that shape audience perceptions. Additionally, he/she will interface daily with Microsoft’s advertising, relationship marketing and media agencies, internal communication teams, leading efforts on advertising development and execution of various campaigns. You will also be working with Microsoft’s headquarters and the Corporate marketing communications teams to ensure local market implementation of global advertising, relationship marketing and product marketing campaign.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at facilitating the development and execution, as well as championing great advertising and or integrated marketing efforts. It is essential that you understand the creative advertising process for prints, online, out of home, and television advertising, ideally with experience on either the client or agency side.

In addition, you will need to have:
- Strong ability to influence and impact
- Strong project management skills
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Good creative sensibility
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Detail oriented work style
- Three to five years of solid Marcom experience, preferably in technology marketing
- College degree
- Advertising agency or marketing communications agency experience and an MBA are both considered a plus, but not required for this position
- Experience working at a large global multinational is also a positive
