Job Title: Program Management Coordinator

The PM Coordinator will work with a senior Program Manager or with other senior staff to manage small projects with oversight, update status information, and attend to various other tasks related to the efficient execution of Riverwood business.

Major Accountabilities:
A successful Program Coordinator will be a highly motivated individual with a high energy level and a strong interest in learning and gaining project management experience and exposure to program management. He or she must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

• Assist Riverwood staff and management with completing exceptionally high quality written reports on various topics in English.
• Work with Supplier Program Management teams to get accurate status reports.
• Follow up on various actions to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate and contribute to Riverwood's own, internal reporting requirements.
• Accompany customers during visits and assist in making travel arrangements as necessary.
• Coordinate internal projects and meetings as needed.
• Perform various other tasks directly contributing to Riverwood's business as required by Riverwood's management.

Skills/Qualification Requiremnts:

• Excellent spoken and written English (CET 6, or equivalent) and Chinese.
• Excellent command of Window's Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software
• Excellent communication abilities and ability to work effectively under frequent travel and high pressure.
• Ability to think creatively to solve problems and ability to learn quickly from multiple different sources.
• Must have a great attitude toward work, and a basic understanding of at least one of the following: international commerce, logistics, or electronics manufacturing.
