Job Description:
1.To identify, develop, audit and manage suppliers for HomeAppliances as per defined criteria by management and coordinate with other departments for delivery and issues.


2.Gather data from the market on a regular basis as per the BU strategy and update BU on the same, create new business opportunities and propose to BU head and Sourcing Manager, Sourcing Head


3.Identify and develop supplier base as BU Appliances requirements,maintain and update database for the suppliers' details,conduct audit for supplier identification


4.Negotiate improved commercial terms with suppliers on account of scale,material costs and currency fluctuations, develop collaborative working relationship with suppliers


5.Coordinate with other departments(Service,QA,Logistics,Marketing)to ensure timely delivery of products,timely resolution of issues,finalizing artwork of boxes etc. Coordinate for new products,finalize the buyer specification together with QC department


Qualification requirement:
1.Knowledge of Appliances products and cost techniques
2.3-8 years of total experience with minimum 3 years in the field of product development and sourcing of Appliances products
3.strong negotiation,analitical,planning and prioritization skill
4.good at English and communication skill
