The Role:
We are looking for a Product Specialist as part of the product management team to ensure the profitability and continued growth of ventilation product line. This person will be functioning as SME about ventilation products, strategically plan marketing and support sales, and interact with cross-organizational departments and customers. The Product Specialist will report to Sr. Marketing Manager, assist Marketing Managers on the team to formulate the basis of the company's marketing plan, which aims to focus its resources on improving the sales and gaining market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
2.Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
3.Driving programs through market requirements, product contract, KOL events and positioning.
4.Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
5.Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
REQUIREMENTS
1.2+ years of medical device marketing/product management, sales or clinical experience. Direct experience with ventilation highly desired.
2.Knowledgeable in clinical field preferred.
3.Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese
4.Highly motivated problem solver with strong work ethics
5.This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites
