The Role:
We are looking for a marketing analyst person, who collects and analyzes marketing and sales data to evaluate existing and potential product and service markets. It is the responsibility of marketing analysts to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect marketing strategy and sales. The marketing analyst will report to Sr. Marketing Manager, assist Marketing Managers on the team to formulate the basis of the company's marketing plan, which aims to focus its resources on improving the sales and gaining market share.
Required Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of MS Excel is required
2. Ability to write, read, and execute Access or SQL is required.
3. Strong problem solving, business analysis and quantitative skills
4. Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
6. Ability to perform data analysis and effectively communicate analysis results to Marketing and Sales personnel.
7. Support development of metrics, reports, and procedures to monitor data quality
8. Provide insights based on the reporting results and evaluate business impact of specific data quality issues as necessary
9. Team-oriented work ethic
10. Highly motivated and detail oriented
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or a business discipline
2. MBA or advanced degree preferred
3. 3+ years of total business experience with multinational medical device companies.
4. Experience in ICU infusion and ventilation related products marketing a plus
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
6. Demonstrated ability to construct and analyze customer database
7. Polished, professional candidate required.
8. Excellent professional references required
