Job Description

·         Transportation

-          According to purchasing plan, ask forwards to pick up and dispatch the products. Monitor and manage 3PL on operation even KPI. And share PO tracking in time.

根据采购计划，安排货代提货及运输，监控并管理第三方物流公司，完成运作指标，同时及时分享物流跟踪信息。

·         Importation

-          Coordinate customs clearance with broker & customs; make sure supply chain team are in compliance with related law.

与报关行及海关进行沟通，确保货物按照法律规定进行申报

·         Warehouse management

-          Make sure our products can be delivered into warehouse in time, monitor the company assets management and warehouse daily operation. Finally, keep improvement on our logistics service and ensure all 3PL can meet our KPI.

安排仓库及时收货入库，监督仓库管理好公司资产，监控仓库的日常运作，做好第三方物流供应商管理,确保公司的物流服务水平持续优化。

·         Process

-          Assist the digitalization of the whole supply chain process: involvement in the optimization of ERP implementation and cloud portals for vendors & customers, follow accuracy of BI software

协助实现供应链全数字化进程：参与为供应商和客户优化ERP实施和云门户，跟踪BI软件的准确性。

 

Requirements:

相关职位要求：

·         Bachelor degree or above.

全日制本科毕业。

·         0-1 year experience in supply chain or logistics function. Knowledge of the practice of all links of the supply chain (forwarders, customs, warehouse, local delivery companies).

0-1年的供应链或物流工作经验，了解供应链各个环节的实践（货代、海关、仓库、当地运输公司）优先

·         Good command in  English，the job includes regular communication with our factories overseas

良好的英语口语和写作能力，需要能够与海外工厂顺畅沟通。

·         Sound in Microsoft Office applications.  Experienced in ERP is a must.

熟悉微软软件操作，有ERP经验优先。

·         Team player able to coordinate with other functional teams effectively.

具团队精神，并能与其他各部门进行有效沟通。

·         You pay great attention to details and are well-organized. You are customer oriented with a high sense of responsibility: you can withstand the intensity to deliver daily and continuously product with 0% mistake
