Position Summary

Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates the sales and marketing activities. Develop new relationships with key stakeholders across multiple industries in SEA. (possible evolution =>Manage regional sales representatives and business developers.)

Main Duties

1. Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets in order to maximize Robustel's sales and customer loyalty.

2. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote Robustel’s goods and services to as many people as possible.

3. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of Robustel's goods and services through the creation and reinforcement of brand image orbrand loyalty.

4. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain Robustel's image and reputation with its customers, end-users and the wider public.

5. Accurate monthly forecasting and daily competition monitoring is expected.

6. Weekly reports and ability for daily interaction with management and team mate are expected.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree, at least 5 years relevant working experiences.

2. Sales principles and methods to close complex deals and preserve company interest (Margin).

3. Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource al"location", HR modelling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of resources/people.

4. Business development and marketing.

5. Strong network within IOT/M2M market in SEA region and beyond.

6. Mechanical and technical working knowledge of telecommunication markets and systems, both HW and SW.

7. Knowledge (commercial and technical) of cellular applications (LTE) and other RF technology (LPWAN).

8. Communication, administration and business management skills.

9. Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
