工作内容：
1. 根据客户具体需求为其设计并研制各类风味乳制品；
2. 根据公司业务团队和市场需求，研发最具竞争力的牛奶、乳制品产品；
3. 配合业务团队编辑、撰写产品的销售文件，以及推广资料等等4

4. 洞察市场、发掘国内外最前沿的牛奶、乳制品机械产品及技术等；
5. 开发成熟的牛奶、乳制品产品完整工业供应链（含设备&原材料），并交接给公司采购团队；

6. 为公司业务团队提供充分的牛奶、乳制品产品&行业知识培训。

工作要求：
1. 25岁－35岁，男女不限；机械、电气、食品科学与工程、生物技术及食品工艺相关专业或行业背景；

2. 能熟悉牛奶、乳制品的生产加工工艺（调配、生产过程，生产规程以及质量标准制定）；

3. 熟悉食品企业质量管理流程，熟悉食品安全管理方法；
4. 能较好的进行数据分析、在奶制品和其他饮料公司负责过一年以上的技术开发者优先；

5. 有良好的职业素养，能够切实的关心公司利益、团队利益；
6. 必须具备较强的独立思考能力，很强的学习能力，能够分析、总结、归纳、批判等；

7. 必须具备较强的文字表达能力，很强的沟通能力，有教导他人的兴趣和欲望；

8. 有一定的英文基础，则更有利于工作及发展。

福利待遇：
试用期至少3500/月（税后），入职起购买广州市社保。转正后5000-8000元/月，转正时间视绩效和能力而定（至少6个月）

Work Contents:
1.Design and develop various flavors of dairy products as per to our clients specific needs。
2.R&D the most competitive new Milk and Dairy Products according to the Sales team of Maticline and the big market demands.
3.Draft and write the new products sales and other promoting related materials.
4.Maintain considerable insight into the Milk and Dairy Products field and discover the latest mechanical device andtechnique from global.
5.Work out comprehensive supply-chains(equipments &raw materials included) of Milk and Dairy Products and hand them over to our purchasing group thoroughly.
6.Provide our sales team with sound and professional training of Milk and Dairy Products and the big picture of the whole industry.


Work Requirements:
1.Age from 25 to 35, both M&F. Major or experience in Machinery, Electrical Engineering,Food Science and Engineering,Biological Technology and Food Process Engineering is a plus.
2.Well command of the whole process of the milk and dairy product production.
3.Be familiar with the food enterprises quality management processes,so is with food safety management method.
4.Good data analysis ability. The one who once worked in dairy or beverage companies as technology developer for 1 year or above is more preferable.
5.Work out comprehensive supply-chains(equipments &raw materials included) of Milk and Dairy Products and hand
them over to our purchasing group thoroughly.
6.Provide our sales team with sound and professional training of Milk and Dairy Products and the big picture of the whole industry.
