Responsibilities:

1.To enlarge production capacity and improve line balance via production resources improvement and optimization.

1)Identify critical and major areas of deficiency and develop plans to improve them.

2)Evaluate process capability and their limitation.

3)Design key performance index or measures for improvement programs.

4)Develop monitoring system to trace the result of these improvement programs.

5)Verify performance result for program effectiveness.

2.To design layout, and do optimization and execution

3.To design materials flows, delivery methods, and storage methods.

4.To coordinate non-production resources including dormitory, store, lab etc.

5.To update the cycle time of operators and machines

6.To maintain IE database and reporting system

7.To improve production efficiency and save cost

8.To involve new machines and processes development for design and Implement assessment.

9.Other tasks according to Production Manager's instructions.


Qualifications;

1.Qualifications: college degree or above in mechanic, equipment or related field;

2.Experience: Bachelor and above, more than 3 years in industrial engineering experience.

3.Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of statistical tools (e.g. FMEA, SPC), lean manufacturing, and industrial engineering.

4.Languages: Good command of English, both oral and written.
