岗位职责:

Job responsibilities
- Maintain a professional attitude and will ensure that agreed quality, hygiene and consistency standards are kept or surpassed at all time;

- Assist with the development and taste of the new dishes and production;
协助开发和试吃新菜式；
- Expected to meet budgetary requirements in operating equipment and general cost;
运营成本控制及总体成本控制；
- Expected to oversee all ordering and quality of goods arriving into site;
检查所需物资的预定情况及质量；
- Maintain food consistency as laid out as set;
保证食品质量达到所制定的标准；
- Monitor the labor budget of the kitchen;
控制厨房的人力成本预算；
- Control manpower distribution throughout the kitchen, by overseeing the scheduling of all sections and makes adjustments anticipating unscheduled business;
合理安排厨房人力资源，检查所有工作时刻表，适时作出调整以便为未知的客人需求提供餐饮服务；
- Comply with company grooming standards unless the specific exceptions given;
任何时候严格遵照仪容仪表规定，除特别情况外；
- Responsible for hygiene standards with the IC and kitchen team for store rooms, refrigerators and work areas;
同感控部按照卫生标准共同管理好厨房、库房、冰箱的卫生；
- To be total knowledgeable and understanding of food preparation standard and procedures;
了解并熟知所有食品准备的标准和程序；

任职资格:

- Have a good knowledge and understanding of Western & Asian cuisines;
具有良好的中西餐烹饪知识；
- Must be “hands on” and able to practice and demonstrate excellent technical kitchen skills;
必须具有良好的传授厨房专业技能的能力；
- Must have the ability and motivation to create new dishes and establish effective standards for all food production and presentation;
必须具有发展新菜式和为产品制定高效率、高标准的能力；
- A good trainer, good command of English and a good communicator;
优秀的培训者，具有良好的英语基础和良好的沟通能力。
