1.    Lead cross-function team to manage a new project from kick-off to SOP.

  

2.    Lead the daily/weekly review of the project, Work with the team to make sure the “safe launch”,to meet the QCD target of the project.

  

3.    Identify and evaluate the risks,escalate issues to higher management group.Work different level of the management group to solve the issue.

  

4.    Track and manage the program budget to ensure all financial metrics are met, lead Cost reduction and margin improvement activity.

  

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  

1.    Good English communication skills and cross-function collaboration.

  

2.    2 years auto-industry project experience.

  

3.    Use English as the working language.
