岗位职责

1、根据采购订单与供应商跟进产品的生产进度，保证货期；

2、对生产计划进行跟踪，保证生产进度；

3、监督和修正供应商生产期间出现的错误，保证产品质量及数量；

4、做好客户资料的保密和归档以及产品、包材的系统录单工作；

5、及时协调解决采购的物料，生产现场，客户服务过程中所产生的供货及质量问题；

6、承办上级领导交办的其他事项。

任职要求

1、大专及以上学历，英语或国贸专业优先，良好的书面英语及口语表达；

2、熟悉电脑操作，word、excel等办公软件;

3、具备良好的沟通及商务谈判能力；

4、工作认真，服从安排，高度团队精神，有良好的责任感与职业道德操守。
