岗位职责:

Provide surgery service.
提供手术服务。
Perform daily patient rounds, either individually, or as part of the team. Review subjective and objective findings including labs, diagnostic testing, vital signs, wound status, and drains.
执行日常查房，单独或集体。检查结果包括实验室检查，诊断测试，生命体征，伤口情况，引流管。
Provides patient education related to procedures, medications, therapeutic goals, etc. Arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed.
根据手术情况提供宣教，药物治疗，制定治疗目标。当需要时安排咨询和病人转移。
Discontinue drains, dressings changes, wound assessments, staple and suture removal, cast and splint applications and removal as indicated.
按照病情执行拔尿管，换敷料，伤口评估，拆线，绷带和夹板的应用和去除。
Writes daily progress notes on all inpatients and outpatients.
写在所有住院病人和门诊病人的日常病例记录。
Assesses patient’s progress through extended hospital course, utilizes available resources, and intervenes as necessary to ensure that optimal patient outcomes are achieved.

Share call with surgical colleagues to insure 24 hour surgical coverage

Perform independent surgery on privileged cases in consultation with the CMO
在特殊情况下要执行独立手术应与CMO进行磋商。
Assists senior consultants on surgical cases
与资深专家做手术时，做手术助理。
Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other surgical team and CMO
工作于质量改进活动的部门应与其他手术团队和CMO合作。
Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee
同意在医院/诊所委员会就职。
Will work closely with the Administrative Leader/Chairperson of the Department in supporting departmental goals

May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Department Leader/Chairperson and/or Medical Director/CMO.

任职资格:

Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Surgery
美国外科医学委员会认证 （或等同）
OR 或
Chinese physician practice license
中国医师资格证及执业证
Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.
从正规医学院校获得的医学学位(或同等学位)。
Completion of residency training in Surgery at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer
在医院完成外科住院医师培训，培训项目需得到部门主任和首席医疗官的任可。
Minimum 3-5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred
优先考虑：完成住院医培训后具有至少3-5年临床经验。
Fluency in English Required
要求流利的英语
Fluency in Mandarin preferred
