Finance Manager
This is a great opportunity for a senior accountant to work for a rapidly expanding international trading firm.
Job description
- Finance: familiar with the entire finance & accounting process. Handle full sets of accounts for different companies of the group. Internal control system; monitor bank signatory band, VAT etc... Supervise monthly end closing, tax calculation etc...
- Reporting: Implement budget, cash flow forecasting, identify cost improvement, set-up transfer pricing policy. Prepare monthly consolidation for the shareholders. Responsible for annual audit. Structure business process in finance department to support our growth
- Compliance: Responsible for the company compliance with all tax & administrative laws.
- IT: Maintain & upgrade the ERP system in relationships with vendors
- HR management: responsible for HR policy. Mentoring and guiding junior staff
- Assistance to foreign GM: providing business analysis of results & operation process
To be successful in this role you will be able to deliver multiple works within strict deadlines and enjoy contributing to a professional working environment.
You will take ownership of this role, building teamwork while working closely with the foreign general manager, advising him on a wide range of strategic & operational business issues.
Profile
- A minimum of bachelor degree preferably in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years working experience as accountant, preferably in a trading / manufacturing company
- Experience in ERP required (knowledge of KINGDEE a plus)
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Language: written & spoken English. The job includes reporting to the foreign manager.
- Ability to train others.
