职位描述:
工作职责：
根据客户的要求独立创作设计理念，负责确定公司男女装的风格划分和市场定位；
跟踪国际国内主导品牌的风格、面料、色彩、工艺等设计元素，形成和完善自身产品的设计理念；
收集每季流行趋势，统筹完成每季服饰的设计统筹规划，产品风格、数量、系列、款式设计，制作工艺图、跟进制版样衣制作和调整等工作；
参与拍摄产品图片、产品陈列手册、产品阐释等工作；
对市场的颜色和潮流有独特及敏锐的触觉,熟悉国内市场行情；
能熟练运用PHOTOSHOP、COREDRAW等电脑设计软件；。
能够独立完成公司多个系列产品的开发、设计、组织、整合工作；
熟悉国内服装市场，有丰富的供应商、制造商资源，洞察力强，有前瞻性；

任职要求：
从服装设计及管理工作3年以上；
对服装行业的流行趋势能进行准确分析和判断，有自己独特的设计理念及较高的专业水准；
能独立操作完成整盘产品的设计、开发、生产全过程，以及妥善处理各部门之间的协调工作；
对针织、梭织，T恤，牛仔裤，休闲裤，夹克，女运动套装的生产加工企业和配套有深入的了解；
具有良好的美术基础，熟练运用设计、图形处理等等专业软件。
能用英文流利沟通优先。
