You will be dedicated to handle all the contracts for one of our partners in Australia, SAGECON PTY LTD, which is steadily expanded in refrigeration and air conditioning supply, installation and service and now the primary service providers for several leading service station and convenience store corporations as well as a host of independent supermarket chains and property managers.

If you are a person
a) Keen on learning and applying the knowledge you have in a stable and predictable fashion, looking for professional development in HVAC field
b) always work hard to achieve your goal with results, it happened even in tough situation you still achieved results
c) knows the importance of routines and at the same time willing to take challenges
d) enjoy making things from concept to real products
e) interested both in technology and project management
f) good at English, maths and physics, major in mechanical engineer in HVAC will be desirable
g) computer skills such as AUTOCAT and Google Docs will be a plus
Duty of the position:
Will need to be able to or will be trained to –
a. Read and create bill of materials from refrigeration and HVAC layout and schematic plans.
b. Interpret customer specifications.
c. Select required equipment and materials.
d. Estimate required labour
e. Create completed project estimates.
f. Tender materials and contracts.
g. Select material suppliers and contractors.
h. Finalise supply/service contracts
i. Finalise installing directions/procedures/drawings ready to hand over to project manager in Australia to execute.

However, they have come to specialise in the liquor and petroleum industry although our work does cover many other areas, including office blocks.
They have performed maintenance, service and installations throughout the Australian continent, working on everything from the smallest split system and cool room to industrial-sized freezers and multi-story HVAC systems. Incidentally, they have performed over thirty-five AC installations for Coles/Shell Express stores across the country for the Metric Group.
