职位描述
Job Responsibilities 职位描述:
1)Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, phone interview, interview coordination etc.
跟进人力资源部的招聘工作,包括简历筛选、电话面试、公司面试的协调;
2)Conduct 1st interview of general position.
跟进职位的初次面试;
3)Be responsible for database’s maintenance, including candidate database, staff record, leave and attendance record etc.
跟进人事资料的更新,包括应聘者资料库、员工资料库、休假记录、出勤记录等;
4)Follow up with staff on-board related formalities.
准备新员工入职资料;
5)Ensure staff probation and contract renewal to be finished on time.
跟进员工试用期评估及合同续约事宜;
6)Be responsible for staff attendance record’s checking, report generation.
负责员工考勤记录的核查,考勤报告的准备;
7)Be responsible for staff p-file’s filing.
整理员工档案;
8)Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
上司安排的其它工作。
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1) Diplom degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
大专或以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业
2) Minimum 2 years working experience
至少2年以上人事工作经验
3) Prior experience in trading firm and handle high volume of recruitment activities is a plus;
具有贸易公司大批量招聘工作经验者优先考虑
4) Responsible, well organized, independent and able to meet deadline
具有高度的责任心、良好的组织协调能力和独立工作能力,能按要求完成工作
5)Fluency in oral and spoken English is a must
具有优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力
