— 知会楼层督导有关贵宾房间之安排及更新贵宾资料

  

• 按时完成及提交各项房间状态报告

• 跟进日常MC采购申请

• 配合上司完成部门员工人事系统的考勤录入、假期申请等工作

• 各类报表的编制和记录存档工作

• 完成上司交给的各项任务，并回复上司
