Responsibilities

- Lead a team for Toy sourcing projects.

- Responsible for Toy sourcing, supplier evaluation, development and qualification.

- Price negotiation to ensure the market best service. Cost analysis, audit factory's quotation, as well as submitting for director's approval, improve business by developing sourcing and pricing.

- Follow up quoting, sampling, order executing, provide suggestions to solve the problem and bottlenecks to make sure on-time delivery of sample and shipment.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above. Min 5 year relevant working experience and at least 2 years as manager.

- Working experience in buying office is a must.

- With experience in Toy products exported to US and Europe.

- Knowledge of a wide range of products and manufacturing processes on OEM basis. Good network of supplier for toy, plus or film- themed.

- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone.

3、我们的工作主要是与总部和销售分公司的同事们密切沟通与合作，为客户在中国国内寻找货源，新产品开发，询价报价，打样跟单，质量控制，报关发货等；

1. We are an international trading company, branched in GuangZhou China.
2. Customers under our service are holding the world-famous wiskey brands such as CHIVAS (UK), JACK DANIENL (US), GLENMORANGIE (UK), JONNIE WALKER (UK), etc.
3. Our main job is dealing with China local suppliers and communicating with colleagues in headoffice. Working scope includes the whole process from sourcing, enquiries & costings, samping making, PO execution/quality control to shipment effecting.
