岗位职责

1、根据公司的拓展计划,寻找适合店铺；

2、 负责店铺选址工作，收集商圈信息，评估店铺，出具店铺选址方案。

3、具有良好的沟通、谈判、协调能力；

4、熟悉店面选址的相关谈判条件，能与开发商进行项目初期的方案及合作意向的谈判；

5、能够利用相关数据对预选址作出详细分析，及时做出选址报告，给公司做参考。

岗位要求

1.有一年以上的店铺选址相关工作经验；

2.良好的沟通表达能力和应变能力；

3.能吃苦耐劳，有责任心。
