Company Introductions:

Responsibilities：
1. Planning and organizing production schedules with the production team.
2. Assessing project and resource requirements.
3. Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with managers from headquarter.
4. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
5. Determining quality control standards.
6. Overseeing production processes, monitoring all relevent KPI's.
7. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
8. Organizing relevant training sessions.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in technical or relevant professional.
2. Leadership and interpersonal skills, experience in a leading role at least 5 years.
3. Project management and Problem solving skills.
IT and numerical skills, experienced SAP user preferred.
4. Organization and efficiency.
5. Communication skills and teamworking skills.
6. Skilling in English language business, fluent spoken and written.
