1. 审核公司的合同和文件、监督合同的执行。

2. 建立和健全公司法务管理制度，对法律法规及其他要求管理的归口管理。

3. 运营法律合规管理支持、统一管理企业外聘法律服务，为公司对外投资提供法律支持。

4. 参与采购管理、协助纠纷诉讼管理。

任职资格：

  1.  本科或以上学历，法学或相关专业，英语6级；（法学硕士优先）

  2.  工作经验及其他：

• 2-3年以上法务工作经验

• 熟悉房地产开发相关法律法规、公司法

• 扎实的法务实务知识与逻辑思维

• 能够草拟合同与法律文件

• 中英文双语读写能力

• 协调沟通能力
