Job Description:

• Processing FCY/RMB cross border payments, cash transactions

• Processing RMB relevant transactions, including but not limited cash transactions, local check clearing, BADD collection, RMB TT payment and etc.

• Ensure day to day operations to be in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local regulations

• Administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation, and exception processing

• Coordinate with both clients and remote processing hubs for Cash products

• Handle enquiries from internal business partners

• Escalate unusual problems to manager

• Perform ledger/statement account reconciliation

• Good team work spirit

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations efficiency and control

 Qualifications:

• College graduate or above

• At least 3 years of working experiences in Cash operations

• Good understanding of internal controls and compliance in local regulations on cash operations

• Detail oriented and methodical, good analytical skills

• Good time management skill, ability to work under pressure

• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
