职位描述
R&R
- Provide professional service on handling queries, service requests and end user communications.
- Taking ownership of following up the ticket status update with various parties – tracking the incident to ensure the customer is kept informed about the status of the incident, that the incident is resolved within the expected time frame.
- Communicate with end users and SME on production deployments/upgrade (outsourcing partner, software & hardware partners) relating to services for delivery to the enterprise
· Maintain overall Service Desk satisfaction (above 80% in survey) by providing continuous quality support to end users.
· Identify trends for recurring problems; perform analysis, build KB & FAQ.
· Review and document Service Desk procedures and end user training guides.
· Respond to queries either via phone, email, IM.
· Provide first level technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
· Ask questions to determine nature of problem and walk customer through problem-solving process.
· Open service ticket, set priority and assign tasks to support engineer
· Monitor ticket status and engineer support
· Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly service desk reporting and metrics.
· Gain feedback from customers about computer usage, i.e. Customer Survey
· Schedule computer peripherals installation for users.
· Post/distribute system notifications and messages.
Qualifications
- University graduate, major in IT, MIS or equivalent
- At least 3 years of customer services and technical experience, preferably in insurance or FSI industry.
- Good knowledge and technical skills on Windows 10, Active Directory, O365, SharePoint, SCCM, McAfee, desktop applications; PC hardware, mobile device and peripherals, LAN, WAN, VPN.
- Good knowledge on Asset Management Tools.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and customer centric.
- Good verbal skills in English and preferably also in Cantonese
- Good written skills in English
