Responsibilities:
1. Set-up the quality system for the Next Generation Cell in Guangzhou based on existing CSP systems.
2. Lead the Quality team in validation process of the work cell.
3. Manage the Quality System and direct quality staffing
a. Maintain inspection lab and equipment and ensure proper set-up and calibration.
b. Manage the AQL and Lab Testing programs and ensure the integrity of the results.
c. Generate and send COA’s for all shipment lots
d. Analyze quality data and report the results on a regular basis to measure capability of the final product quality
4. Work effectively with the Sr. Process Engineer and the operations staff to ensure the quality of the parts produced and shipped meet Aptar’s commitments to the customer.
5. Communicate regularly and effectively with Aptar Auburn management on the status of the quality perforrmance including performance of product KPI's(include but not limited to process capability of ingress, opening force and capacity, % first time quality, NCMR’s and customer complaints)

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an Engineering or Science discipline
2. Fluent in written and spoken English
3. 5 or more years of hands on quality experience working in an industrial injection molding quality system, preferably for the diagnostic, medical, or electronic industries.
4. Two or more years of supervisory experience.
5. Ability to travel to the US and Europe for training for extended periods of time during the first year.
6. Proficiency in math and the use of statistical analytical tools.
