岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
Hospital construction supervision
In charge of engineer department management and all decoration work
责任综述:
医院工程监理和负责工程部日常管理事务，监督管理工程质量和工程外包工作质量

Responsibilities:
In charge of electric/electronic, decoration daily operating work.
Implement maintenance work in the above area according to facilities management plan.
To be ready in dealing with accident according to facilities management plan.
To be aware of related government policy change and adjust our working policies as needed.
Submit yearly budget of the coming year according to the status of equipments and the status of the hospital.
Implement other orders coming from facilities director or other hospital executives.
职责:
协助总务部经理对部门进行有效的管理。
在总务部经理不在的时候全面管理部门。
确保各项计划维修能得以有效进行。
确保日常维修及时有效。
协助总务部经理进行年度预算控制。
具体监督执行必要的工程改造。
根据具体情况调整年度计划。
执行部门年度培训计划，使团队在综合素质方面逐步提高。

任职资格:

Qualifications:
Electric/electronic or decoration engineering background
More than 7years working experience, 3 years working in high standard hotel or similar experience.
Team leader for at least 3 years.
Institute degree or above.
资格:
10年以上工程专业的工作和管理经验。
2年左右在医院或者酒店后勤部门管理级别的工作经历
工程师或相应资历。
Skills:
Good communication skill
Good English in speaking and writing
Good at Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge:
Familiar with related government regulations.
技能:
较强的工程或生物工程背景
较好的领导能力
较熟练的操作Word, Excel等办公软件。
知识:
熟知国家有关后勤运作方面的法律, 法规
较强的辅助工作意识
