1. Manage and control departmental budgets and KPIs
2. Manage import & export business management
3. Ensure the whole customs clearance procedure compliance with Custom and CIQ related laws or regulations; Maintain strong good relationship with local authorities (CIQ, Customs, etc.). Ensure all import activities fulfill legal and regulation requirement.
4. Manage the international transportation flow and cost;
5. Manage planning/scheduling staffs, ensure the delivery performance for customer satisfaction;
6. On site Warehouse and inventory management, ensure the accuracy of stock quantity and location;
7. Manage outsourced warehouse and operations;
8. Supplier management such as forwarders, subcontracting 3rd party warehouse, and direct materials suppliers as well, ensure supplier performance is adherent to our commitment to customer and continuance improvement request;
9. Train and develop the logistic team, set clear target and related evaluation

任职要求

1. Education：Bachelor degree or above (International trade, logistics management is preferred)
2. 5+ years in either logistic management/supply chain planning management experience in manufacturing industry, 2+ years supervisor or senior officer experience.
3. Fluent oral and written English
4. Relative MS skill, experience and knowledge in ERP (SAP is preferred)
5. Have necessary knowledge in customer law, be familiar with Import/Export Customs Clearance process , customer tariff and Import/Export rule of law (not mandatory);
6. Lean thinking and independent analytical ability;
7. Willing and fast in learning ;
