  1、  Be the primary point-of-contact with shops and customers 

  2、  Process sales orders from customers request using in ERP system, schedule delivery within promised time limits

  3、  Manage the new collection order & stock replenishment and ensure on-time delivery 

  4、  Handle and resolve customer complaints according to company guidelines

  5、  Work closely with other department in supply chain to ensure timely delivery 

  6、  Ensure customer order related reports/documents are prepared correctly

 7、  Maintain appropriate level of product knowledge and application techniques to effectively recommend solutions to customers

 8、  Provide efficient and accurate service throughout the whole order procedure, logistics arrangement and fulfillment service  

  9、  Work in a courtesous and efficient manner to ensure the customer requirements are met and with satisfaction
