• 负责战术计划周期内的工厂的产能和资源计划（RCCP），协调行动计划，以减少资源的限制。

Responsible for the capacity and resources planning for the whole process unit for the tactical horizon（RCCP）, coordinate action plans to remediate to resources constraints

• 整合产品所有的需求，向工厂领导团队提出***供应计划。

Integrate all the demand from commercial, and propose the best supply plan to the SLT for approval.

• 制定年度生产计划、月度生产计划、以及计划执行跟踪/调整。

  Work out annual production plan, monthly production plan; Track and control the implementation.

• 发出生产订单、物料出库单、称量配料单据、中间品/成品出入库单、成品发运单等过程单据。

  Release production orders, stock out records, labels of weighing & dispensing, WIP/finished goods stock in records, finished goods deliver orders.

• 编制各类生产/库存统计分析报表。确保DS 和FP存货处于适当水平。

  Work out the statistic and analysis reports about production and material management. Ensure right level of inventories of DS and FP。

• 定期组织生产例会，协调销售、采购、生产、质量、发运过程各类问题。

  Organizing regular meetings of production, communicate with sales, production, quality, FG deliver to solve the problems in process.

• 协调促进中/长期相互矛盾的提案，以优化产能利用率。

  Facilitate conflicting proposals in the medium/long term for optimization of capacity utilization

• 在利用率/班次配置与资源方面，确保与预算/最新估计、工厂目标一致。

  Ensure consistency with agreed budget/working latest estimate and site objectives, in terms of utilization/shifts configuration and resources.

• 管理和分析供应绩效关键指标，实施行动计划来达成供应绩效目标和推动持续改进。

  Manage supply KPI reporting and analysis, leads action plans to achieve supply performance target and drive for continuous improvement。

• 作为SAP关键用户，为SAP终端用户提供第一级的协助（如事件管理或系统培训）。

  As SAP key user, provide tier 1 assistance (i.e. incident management and training) to SAP end users.

• 执行上级委派的其它任务。

  Attend to any other task as may be directed by the line manager from time to time.
