Key Role Accountabilities

1. Overall manage department administration

2. Being responsible of China Route record and management, connecting with AOCs for all necessary communication

3. Work cross departments in China and communications in reaching the China goals and objective

4. New project research and analysis, helping department managing filing and documents.

5. Deliver AOC operation, China projects analysis, insights and knowledge

6. Protect AirAsia Group’s interest and ensure alignment of AOC’s strategy and operations

7. Successfully support special project implementation

8. A willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges

9. Requires persistence in the face of obstacles.

10. Being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

    

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Business management / project management, aviation school graduates prefered

2. Above 2 years working experience;

3. Knowledge of project management

4. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

5. Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

6. Able to travel when required

7. Be Proficient in Oral and Written English
