岗位职责:

1) Ensure all activities and programs related to human resources are implemented in accordance with the company’s strategy.
2) Partner with the business management team to assist with the growth of organization and provide critical services in all aspects of human resources management.
3) Critically evaluate and adapt HR service delivery to meet the changing needs of business ensuring effective liaison, listening and establishment of open dialogue with business leaders and HR partners.
4) Partner with business leaders to address opportunity areas and provide creative solutions.
5) Manage the execution of HR initiatives, programs and processes to ensure quality results and achieve improved overall business outcomes.
6) Provide expertise in employee relations.
7) Educate and communicate with management in the support of performance management process and culture, leadership succession and employee development planning.
8) Proactively provide organizational development coaching regarding staffing, job and organization design.
9) Work on cross-functional teams in HR organization on projects as assigned.

任职资格:

1) Bachelor or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field.
2) HR relevant experience.
3) Expert knowledge of HR practices to have a profound impact on the success of internal client groups.
4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse people.
