职位描述

Job Description



l.To represent Kerry-TALKE as first point of contact with the customer's operation team.

2.To take all incoming calls from customers, facilitate, coordinate or give direct responses as required.

3.Take shipment orders from customers.

4.Coordinate with the operational teams to arrange shipments.

5.Coordinate with warehousing teams to arrange warehouse receipt, storage and shipping.

6.Update and maintain WMS & prepare and send customized reports required by customers.

7.Monitor and ensure operation processes are executed timely by operations team

8.Pro-actively update customers and business owners of shipment issues/ discrepancies/ delays

9.Take customers feedbacks/ complaints and documenting these in the relevant records and report to the operations manager for advice and resolution.

10.Receive cost from operations and prepare charge confirmation to customer to confirm operation charges.

11.Input in finance system and inform finance to issue invoice after customer confirmed operation charges.

12.Attend relevant customer meetings as required by the business progress, with the presence of the Operations Manager or Business Development Manager.



Skills & Qualifications:


Educational Background & Experience

1.University degree in logistics, transport, warehousing or relevant discipline

2.Minimum 3 years working experience in similar position, preferably with foreign enterprises or JV



Skills & Knowledge

l.Strong operational knowledge of warehousing, transport, customs clearance, freight forwarding in the petrochemical logistics industry

2.Experience in bonded import projects are a strong advantage.

3.Experience in projects that involved customer service activities such as freight forwarding, import/export handling, system data-input, etc.

4.Familiar with knowledge of local regulations on bonded warehousing, transport, customs procedures, etc. is an advantage

5.Good command in both written and oral English and Mandarin

6.Computer literate, familiar with Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must. Knowledge of data-input in WMS or SAP is a plus.



Personality

l.Strong customer service profile with open and communicative personality who understands how to manage the relationship with the customer.

2.Sufficient operational insight to handle the required tasks and ability to solve problems.

3.Self-motivated, ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and assignments. High sense of responsibility.

4.Able to deliver results before deadlines, and work under pressure.

5.Good communication and interpersonal skills, both towards internal and external parties, team player.
