Job Title: R&D manager
Reports To: R&D Director
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Product design and development.
- Setup 3D Modeling and 2D drawing.
- Manage the design change for development projects and meet customer requirements.
- Customer interface.
- DFMEA / Tolerance stack
- Problem solving.
- Support Design Review
Setup, maintain, and follow up department planning.
Setup& follow project development planning.
Sales support/Layout
Undertake other task required from management

Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
More than 10 years experience in R&D and engineering, including 5 years experience with CATIA, familiar with

digital mock-up is better
Vehicle moving parts or glass & headliner design experience (Prefer)
Bilingual in Chinese and English.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills in Catia 3D modeling
Good plan and schedule management skills
Exceptional team-building and communication skill
More than two years experience of project management

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures,or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of top managers, clients,
customers, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of
plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios
and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram,
or schedule form.
