• Lead and manage the HR and admin team to provide a comprehensive Human Resources service covering the full spectrum of HR activities covering recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training& development, succession planning, and compensation and benefits.
• Manage all administration work in China operation.
• Provide advice and support to the Management Team, and drive strategic and decision making in matters related to HR and admin policy for the company.
• Update and develop our local HR policies and practices to ensure aligned with local legislation.
• Build good relationships with key stakeholders and line managers, handle all people issues, staff complaints, disputes, etc.
• Manage social compliance audits and ensure all relevant areas are covered as per the rules and regulations defines by the government and retail brands.
• A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• Work collaboratively with Employee Services to maintain understanding of HR systems, processes, policies and practices. Align and educate peers, direct reports and managers to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance, coaching and intervention with all levels of employees.
