职位描述
Revenue Growth and Retention
-Identify biz opportunity
-x-sell new RMS services
-upsell existing ones
-Lead the sales process
-conduct internal briefing to consolidate feedback and align proposal structure
assemble proposal
-make final pricing decision
-prepare proposal/ send proposal
-get client feedback
Client Engagement:
- Account Planning
-Understand and evaluate client priorities, budget & plan (Joint ownership with CBP for CBP clients)
-Complete a/c plan (Joint ownership with CBPs for CBP clients)
-Conduct review of a/c to track progress"
-Engage clients at all levels
-Lead T2T engagement [for Non CBP clients]
-Generate solid industry/x-category insights for T2T engagement
-Drive internal / external thought leadership
BAU Service Delivery
-Client Confirmation to After Sales
-arrange kick off meeting, confirm clients requirements
-work with CD to ensure data tells a meaningful client story, by providing right context, look at data through client lens
-Manage client challenges - higher order, strategic involvement
-Training/orientation on new product & services (including for CD)
Commercial Activities
-OP Planning
-OP with aligned business potential (with CBP + CD)
-OP with aligned targets before OP process with CBP & CD)
-Pipeline management, Billing & Invoicing, Cash Collection (Suggested to be part of CD: Shweta)
-Contract Management
